We ordered two screens. One screen's ventilation doesn't work at all, and the ventilation on the other screen is so loud that it can't be normal. The manufacturer sent us new fans. We had to unscrew the screen ourselves and replace everything as a DIY project. However, this did not solve the problem. The ventilation gets louder every day. The manufacturer's last suggestion was to simply remove the fans and leave it as it is. Our request to return the screens was ignored.
The insurance from Alibaba, in case of issues with the seller, is absolutely worthless and just hot air. This is already the second time that Alibaba has marked my dispute as resolved without my consent. We feel cheated and will no longer make any purchases through this platform in the future, and we strongly advise others to do the same!

Hello, I am sorry for the noise caused by the fan mentioned by the customer.
The high brightness screen and built-in fan cooling cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely quiet without any noise.
We have borne the international shipping cost and sent you a new fan, but we still cannot meet your requirements. We are also sorry and can only suggest that you remove the fan.
We will emphasize to customers in future sales of high brightness screens that fan rotation will cause product noise,
which can occur in both indoor and outdoor advertising screens.
We need to consider this factor before deciding whether to purchase.
We apologize again for not explaining the fan noise clearly in advance.
